How to troubleshoot ‘We didn’t recognize all the columns in your file’
Your upload may return 'We didn’t recognize all the columns in your file', which means that the inputted columns may have the following issues:
Some of the required fields are left blank. To resolve this, please select a header on the right to match the notch columns on the left.
Two or more of the fields have the same header name. To resolve this, please ensure that the CSV header name is only used once
There are multiple errors that need to be corrected. To resolve this, please ensure that:
-
each CSV header name other than “Product description” and “Package description” are filled
-
each CSV header name is only used once

Locate the product SKU you would like to change
-
Change the Availability of that product to “Out of stock”
-
Add a new product to the CSV file with your desired new SKU and mark Availability as “In stock”
-
Save your catalog and upload into notch. You will now be able to order your product using the new SKU.
