To access Notch's Supplier & Payment Portal, please use the following login link: https://app.notch.financial/account/signin
If you cannot log in to your Notch portal and receive the error message "Invalid credentials" even after entering the correct email address and password, double-check to ensure that the letter case matches the original email you provided to your supplier or used when you signed up, as these fields are case-sensitive.
For example, if the original email address you used is CompanyABC@gmail.com, you must use the exact same email address with the exact same letter case.
Use the exact same email address format that your supplier used to send you the invitation:
✅ CompanyABC@gmail.com
❌ companyabc@gmail.com
If you need to reset your password, simply click the "Reset Password" button on the login page and enter the email address with the exact matching case, such as CompanyABC@gmail.com.
