Informing your customers about the Notch Payment Portal

Ready to let your customers know that you're now using Notch as your payment portal? Below is an email template you can send to inform them in advance. Once this initial email has been sent, you can begin sending invitation emails to your customers so they can sign up and access the Notch customer portal to make payments.

We're excited to share that [Your Company Name] is moving to an auto-collect payment system starting today!


What’s this mean for you?
In the next few days, you'll get a welcome email inviting you to our brand-new Bill Payment
Portal. Click the link to set up your account, and choose your payment method.


You'll be able to:
● View and pay your invoices online
● Add and manage your own payment methods
● Access your invoice history
A few quick things to know:
● You can add a credit card or connect your bank account for pre-authorized debit
● You can add multiple credit cards to your wallet
● Your payment details only need to be entered once, and they'll be stored securely
