Why is my Notch dashboard appearing blank?
If your Notch dashboard appears blank and doesn't load any information, try logging out of your current session and then logging back in.
Sometimes, clearing your web browser cache might also help free up some cached data in the browser.
How to clear cache if you are using Chrome:
- Open Chrome > at the top right corner, click the “
” button.
- Find the "Delete browsing data" option.
- You can choose a time range, such as "All time".
- Select the types of information you want to delete (we suggest to only check off "Cached images and files" so your other data will still be in tact).
- Click "Delete data".
