How to setup my banking information?
As we complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process and finalize other setup tasks, you can go ahead and add your bank account information to the Notch dashboard to ensure you receive your payouts without delay.

Log in to your Notch dashboard

Navigate to the left-side menu and click on “Settings”

In the Settings menu, select the “Banking” sub-tab

Click the “Start setup” button to begin entering your bank account details

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup process
Once your banking information is successfully added, your payouts will be deposited directly into your account.
To obtain your bank account details, you can request a company void cheque or download a digital version from your online banking portal. You'll need the following information:

Transit (branch) number

Financial institution number

Account number
What if I need to update my banking information?
If you need to change your bank account to receive payouts, you can return to the same setup page by clicking "Start setup". This will redirect you to the Adyen website, where you can follow the steps to enter all the required information. You will need to upload a digital copy of your bank statement, and the company name must match exactly.
