Direct sync via integration

We’ll let the integration work its magic and sync your previous invoices into Notch, allowing you to view all customers, their invoices, and payment history as soon as you start using Notch. Additionally, new invoice statuses will be synced back to your ERP or accounting software once the integration is enabled. You’ll see new invoice payment statuses synced almost instantly in both directions — from your ERP or accounting software to Notch, and from Notch back to your ERP or accounting software.

Batch Invoice Processing 

Download your customer and invoice details from your ERP or accounting software — we’ll reformat the data into a CSV file and import it into Notch. Notch will then convert the data and create individual invoice records, along with payment links. This flexible and reliable option helps automate your payment collection without the need for complex integrations, and it works with any platform that supports CSV file uploads.

Document Intelligence

Import your pre-generated invoices into Notch by simply emailing them to a designated email address. Our OCR technology will automatically parse the invoice details, converting them into digital invoices with payment links — making it easy to collect payments effortlessly. This is a great option if your ERP or accounting software generates PDF invoices. Notch’s OCR can handle long, multi-page or multi-invoice PDF files, extract key details from each invoice, and split them into individual invoice records. The original PDF remains attached, so you’ll never lose track.
