New custom guides, sorting and filters

Finally, we’re introducing an upgraded, more customizable and powerful order guide experience that adapts to the way your business operates. Rather than being limited to just one supplier, this upgrade allows you to finally include products from multiple suppliers.

This improvement puts greater flexibility in your hands, helping you to organize your order guides in ways that work best for your business. We’ve heard from many of our users that order guides need to be adaptable to different services, or components of their businesses.

Need a Front of House order guide for all your wines from 20 different suppliers, and a Back of House order guide to contain all items from your go-to broad-liner? Done. Want different order guides for brunch service and dinner? Easy. Oh, and our filtering function works in this new custom guide too, along with new convenient ways to sort.

Custom lists give you the ability to manage your orders in the ways that work for you.

What does this mean for you?

Organize your items the way you make a shopping list. Add items to your guides with ease, and filter sort within your order guides, saving you the tedious back and forth.

What happens to my current order guides? As part of this change, your current order guide list format will by default, be merged into this new format.

Don’t worry though, all your products that are currently in your order guides will still be under “Guide” and you can still view them sorted by supplier. Either click into them from your order desk like you do today, or use our powerful filter system that lets you view by supplier, category, and more, across any guide.
